Block Tracker Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Block Tracker application ("App") and the accompanying web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Block Tracker provides tools for delivery drivers to track their routes, calculate mileage, estimate earnings, and generate reports. The App relies on GPS and background location services to function correctly.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Pro Upgrades: Block Tracker offers an optional "PRO" subscription that unlocks advanced metrics, web dashboard features, and tax reporting.
• Billing: Payments are securely processed through the Google Play Store using RevenueCat. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Google Play Account settings.

4. User Responsibilities & Safety

You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and obeying all traffic laws. Block Tracker is designed to run in the background. You agree not to interact with the App in a manner that distracts you from driving safely.

5. Accuracy of Information and Tax Data

While Block Tracker calculates estimated tax deductions based on standard IRS mileage rates, we are not certified tax professionals or financial advisors. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all mileage and earnings data before using it for official tax filing purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the tracking will be 100% error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate due to the nature of GPS technology and mobile device limitations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Block Tracker and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or traffic citations.
